Glass plate negative of an unknown woman, 1887
Unknown woman with curls on her forehead, 1880s or nineties dress, in either a cracked glass plate, or else emulsion of the photo is sloughing off.
Glass plate negative of an unknown woman with baby in a deciduous forest, 1887
Unknown woman sitting with baby in deciduous forest. This could be in the Gardiner area, below Sepulcher Mountain somewhere near Rainbow Lakes. She looks like Ella Hoppe and the baby looks like Paul Hoppe. If those identifications are correct, this was Walter Hoppe's family. I can't be positive because the woman is in profile here rather than full facial, but I think it is Ella Hoppe and baby Paul.
