Contains judicial conferences agenda outlines, action plans and goals of Judge J. Clifford Wallace, of the Ninth Judicial Circuit. Other miscellaneous informational papers that cover panel meetings which dealt with long range planning and bankruptcy merit are included. Papers of the Western District of Washington, East District of California Resource Committee, Hillsdale College and the Reorganization of the Ninth Judicial Circuit are also included in the collection. Gail E. Waller interview

Scope and Contents

Transcript of an interview conducted by Kelly J. Drake on 6 Aug. 1985 for the Ray Hillam military history project. Drake was in the United States Marine Corps starting in 1936 and later went into the United States Army in 1940. He served in North Africa for nine months and served in Sicily in 1943 with the ordinance section of the Seventh Army. He was later deployed to Germany in 1945 and met Russian troops on the Elbe River. Drake was sent home in July of 1945.

Warr served in the United States Army and was sent to Vietnam in 1965 as a radio operator. He was in Vietnam for three months in 1965 and returned in 1967 as a platoon sergeant.
