Contains ethnographic notes and accounts of Ina Sizer Cassidy's interactions with Native Americans in Arizona while the author was living there as well as descriptions of Hopi life. Materials are from Oraibi, Arizona in 1915 and shortly afterward. Some of the documents are copies from original Cassidy typescripts. The materials are dated between 1915-1965.

Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Sarah Jane Williams Chadwick was born in Camp Floyed, Utah, on 1862. She lived in Provo and American Fork, Utah. She married John Chadwick in 1881. Her young son, Clarence died on 22 Jan. 1890. She rocked him all night long while he cried, "Oh, Ma, Please don't let me die, I don't want to die." She died in 1928.

Bound typewritten autobiography of Mary Woolley Chamberlain. Mary lived in St. George, Kanab, Provo, and Salt Lake City, Utah. She gives detailed accounts of family life, Mormon Church activities, and events in these towns and in Utah in general from her birth to 1936 when she wrote her history. This record was compiled, typed, and put with genealogy work-sheets and photographs probably in 1981. Also included are tributes to Mary by family members.
