The Louis Oscar Brandley family histories contain an autobiography of Louis Brandley as well as typed histories of the life of his father, Johann Theodore Brandley; his mother, Margaret Keeler Brandley; and Eliza Zaugg Brandley. Also contained are two poems written by his mother.
