Louis Orson Brandley was a Latter-day Saint farmer and church leader.

Louis Orson Brandley was born in Richfield, Utah on January 17, 1889 to Theodore and Margaret Keeler Brandley. Because his mother was the second polygamous wife of his father, the young Louis rarely interacted with Theodore, who lived with his first wife and her children. Instead, he spent his childhood on a small farm property with his mother and siblings. Eventually, his father was called by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to help settle Stirling village in Alberta, Canada. Louis left his mother and joined his father to work on the Stirling farm in 1904. Louis later moved to Provo, Utah in 1912. His mother encouraged him to pursue an education, so Louis graduated from Brigham Young High School in 1914 and then attended Brigham Young University. However, familial duties called him back to Canada where he worked on various farm properties and filled in as a schoolteacher. He also served in various church leadership positions and was ordained a member of the Seventy. Louis married Edda Anderson on May 28, 1919 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She moved back to Raymond, Alberta with Louis, and they had seven children together. Louis Orson Brandley died on October 29, 1984 in Raymond, Alberta, Canada.
