Materials contain a short reply to the Saints at War questionnaire, detailing David S. Hatch's feelings towards war, his family's involvement in the war, the general lack of Latter-day Saint meetings in his theater of operation, and his spiritual and mental health throughout World War II. The questionnaire also includes his service history in the U.S. Army quartermaster Corps Truck Company. Dated 2000.

Wilfried Decoo letters and questionnaires
Typewritten letters received by Decoo. Also included are 92 questionnaires which were filled out by converts to the Mormon Church in Belgium.All of the items are in Dutch. The materials relate to Decoo's research on the social psychology of converts to the Mormon Church. These items provided data for an article published by Decoo in BYU Studies vol. 24 entitled: "Mormonism in a European Catholic Region: a contribution to the Social Psychology of LDS Converts."
