Materials include correspondence, newspaper clippings, articles, photographs, and other information collected or created by Taylor in his research on an angel that was placed atop the Salem Evangelical Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, that resembled that of the one placed on the original Nauvoo Temple, being vertical, holding a trumpet and having wings.
