Consists of papers regarding McOmber's career both as a seminary and institute teacher, and as a politician, such as letters, photographs, and programs. There are also papers from the time he served as temple president, such as sealing records, and in the stake presidency. Dated 1954-1980.
Contains the histories of the ancestors of McOmber, including David Fisk Stout, Achsah Stout, Daisie Stout Richardson, and Calvin McOmber. There are also circle letters from the descendants of David Fisk Stout. Dated 1984-1993.
Contains letters written while McOmber was serving as a Mormon missionary in Czechoslovakia, papers regarding the Czech mission, Czech religious books, legal documents in Czech, and ephemera from his mission. Also includes negatives, prints made of the negatives, and compact discs of the scanned images. Dated 1930-1980.
Typescript of an oral history, newspaper clippings, articles, correspondence, periodicals, and miscellaneous items. Most of the items were written by Gaeth as part of his broadcasting and journalism careers. The oral history is an interview conducted by Ronald G. Watt in 1976 as part of the James Moyle Oral History Program of the Historical Department of the Mormon Church. This interview largely relates to Gaeth's missionary activities in Europe.
