Handwritten diaries, notebook, and letter of Mary Ann Burnham Freeze, a Latter-day Saint woman. Freeze writes about her life in Salt Lake City and in Logan, Utah. She served as a member of the General Board of the Young Ladies' National Mutual Improvement Association of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She writes about her various family and social activities, including her account of living in a polygamous household. Materials dated 1875-1899.

All newsletters give a short brief for the month they are written including: upcoming events, a letter from the branch presidency, spotlights on ward members, travels of ward members, movement in and out of the ward, ill ward memebrs that are in need of prayers, and happenings of the various church organizations within the branch.
