Contains office records from the Monte L. Bean Museum including files relating to the dedication, accounting records, annual progress reports, organizational charts, and correspondence. There are also ten volumes of research diaries of Robert G. Bee in his studies of ornithology mostly in the state of Utah from the years 1924-1962.

Jock Nickerson notes
Handwritten book containing notes on geometry and on geometrical figures. The book includes many drawings of such figures and calculations based on them. The date of the materials is uncertain. Nickerson lived his last few years with Rey L. Pratt. Nickerson claimed to have known the LDS Church leaders, Joseph Smith and Parley P. Pratt. A brief essay is included which speculates on this claim.

Ruth Stevens collection of postcards from Tatra Mountains, Poland, 1939 August
Contains seventy-six postcards collected by Ruth Stevens while she and her husband were visiting Poland in August, 1939. The postcards depict the Tatra Mountains, a number of famous landmarks in Krakow and Warsaw, and the artwork of polish painters, especially Zofia Stryjenska.
