Jesse Knight financial papers
Photocopies of microfilm copies of printed and handwritten materials. The collection consists of financial records relating to Knight's business activities. They include checks, lists of boards of dirctors for various companies, and receipts. The bulk of the materials date from the 1890s to the 1920s.
Vinson Knight account book
The folder contains photocopies of a handwritten account book written between 1836-1840. The items list transactions involving Mormons in Kirtland, Ohio and in Nauvoo, Illinois including leaders such as Joseph Smith (1805-1844) and Sidney Rigdon (1793-1876). The materials were photocopied from a microfilm collection.
Joseph Lamborn letter to Brigham Young
Handwritten and signed letters, dated 18 Dec. 1845, and addressed to Brigham Young, the second president of the Mormon Church. Lamborn writes about the arrests of Mormons in Springfield, Illinois.

Handwritten and signed letter, dated 12 Oct. 1876, and addressed to Brigham Young, second president of the Mormon Church. Larsen writes about some property held by Young in Manti, Utah. The item was also signed by Christen Larsen.
Susan Smith last will and testament
Photocopies of a handwritten last will and testament of Susan Smith and documents relating to her estate. Also included are photocopies of materials relating to the estate of Samuel Smith. These persons were children of Asael Smith (1744-1830), the paternal grandfather of the first president of the Mormon Church, Joseph Smith (1801-1844).

Handwritten and printed lease agreement. The item is dated 8 April 1872, notarized, and signed. Mils J. Norberg leases a 28 by 75 foot lot in Salt Lake City, Utah, from Brigham Young for $28 per year for five years.
James Elbert Leavitt record book
Contains minutes of meetings of the high priest's group in Joseph, Utah between May and June 1894. Also includes a record of their "teams," which could possibly be teams of livestock, in 1896. Also includes brief account of a hunting trip Leavitt had in Southern Utah possibly in 1896, including how many rabbit and quail were killed each day. In all, the dates of the contents range from approximately 1894-1896.
