Materials consist of two lists of the concerts and lectures that took place under the Brigham Young University Lyceum Series during the years 1921-1971. One list is sorted alphabetically, the other chronologically. The lists were created in 2014.

Handwritten letters written by and addressed to the Young and Gates families including, B. Cecil Gates, Harvey H. Gates, Lucy B. Young, and Albert E. Bowen. Topics inlcude life udpates, travel notes, and general welfare. Materials dated from 1899 to 1950.

Contains three bound volumes of Musical America, a performing group trade publication used by Herald R. Clark in booking musical groups to visit Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Included are annotations by Clark on various groups including indications of whether a group visited campus. Also included are pamphlets of various musical programs which were inserted into the volumes, some have been caught in the bindings. Materials dated 1938-1952.

Programs, clippings, fliers, press releases, and other materials on music performances, most of which Karen Tuttle is part of. Materials dated 1948 to 1980.

Contains programs from Mack Wilberg's career at BYU. Programs are from performances at BYU in which Mack Wilbert conducted and or directed. Many programs are from performances on Temple Square, several of which BYU choruses have performed at. Mack Wilberg participated in almost all of the performances, although some he most likely only attended. Dates range approximately 1984-1999.

Contains dance programs, music programs, theater programs, and other material. Dates range from 1945-1977.
