Handwritten and signed letter, dated 17 Jan. 1863, and addressed to Brigham Young, the second president of the Mormon Church. Atwood expresses the need for seed and equipment until after the harvest.

William Snow autobiography
Handwritten autobiographical materials. Snow writes about his early life in Vermont, conversion to the Mormon Church, and missionary work. Some genealogy and patriarchal blessings are included. Snow made the overland journey by ox team from Council Bluffs, Iowa to Salt Lake City in 1850. He writes of numerous deaths from cholera, problems with company discipline, and travelling conditions.
Urvin Gee autobiography
Photocopy of a typewritten autobiograpy. Gee writes about growing up in Moroni, Utah; attending the University of Utah; teaching school in Moroni from 1901 to 1938; serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Britain; performing temple work for the Church in Arizona in 1946 and 1947; and complains of poor eyesight late in his life.
Autobiography of Elder James Ferguson Bell, including a history of the Malta Mission
Typescript copy of the original autobiography by Bell, describing his life between April 1827 to March 1855. The document also contains information about the work of Bell during his presidency in the Malta Mission from 1853 to 1855. Original document was written in Pitman shorthand. The transcription is dated November 1998.

Mercy Harmon autograph book
Autograph book with salutations and good wishes to Mercy and her husband, George. Many of these items were written by residents of St. George, Utah, when Mercy and George were leaving on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
