Scope and Contents The Young Men's Institute Minutes Book, 1873-1883, includes both the original, bound minutes book and a complete typescript. The book contains minutes of both general meetings of the Institute and board meetings, as well as the constitution and bylaws of the organization. Notably, Karl G. Maeser served as one of the inaugural board members.
