Contains negatives, contact sheets, photograph prints, and transparencies of images produced by BYU Photo and its predecessors between 1875 and 2010, with the bulk produced between 1968 and 2002. Includes images of Brigham Young University events, campus scenes and buildings, administrators, faculty and staff, awards, visiting leadership from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and theater, dance, and other performing groups.

Collection includes 174 contact sheets, with 1,617 photographs of Fredonia, Arizona. Includes images of people, buildings, and scenery. Most of the images are copy prints of earlier photographs collected as part of the Fredonia Centennial Committee.

Collection includes 10 photographs and 20 contact sheets with images of the Gary Gilmore murder trial in 1976, and of events surrounding his execution in 1977. Images were taken by photographers for the Daily Universe.
