Collection includes research materials created or acquired by Martha Sonntag Bradley for use in her publications: Pedestals & Podiums: Utah Women, Religious Authority & Equal Rights and Four Zinas: A Story of Mothers and Daughters on the Mormon Frontier. It also includes many documents pertaining to the International Women's Year, and the Equal Rights Amendment. These all discuss equal rights for women, the Mormon church and feminism, and the conference itself.

Scope and Contents Contains administrative records of Exponent II, a Latter-day Saint women’s periodical that was first published in 1974 in Boston, Massachusetts. Administrative records include minutes, financial and business records, readership surveys, mailing lists, and materials on social events, the Equal Rights Amendment, and other topics related to Latter-day Saint women. Includes correspondence to various editors and other staff members, and production records such as submissions and annotated drafts....

Scope and Contents

Collection contains personal papers and documents as well as collected materials regarding women's issues, much of which is in relationship to Latter-day Saint values. Major topics include the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), International Women's Year (IWY), teen pregnancy, abortion, and lesbianism. Also includes some personal family papers including correspondence, notes, and other material. Material dates from 1908 to 2013.
