Collection includes field work materials, including oral histories, photographs, and supporting materials, gathered by Fruits of their Labors field school participants between July and August, 2004. Materials focus on the development, management, and decline of orchards in Utah Valley, Utah.

Susan Arrington Madsen collection on the Galilee Branch
Collection of oral histories, interviews, correspondence, and photographs from the Galilee Israel Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Includes digital and printed copies of the materials in 22 folders. Sound recordings of the interviews are found in folder 22. Materials contain information on the creation and history of the Branch and the lives of the members. The histories were recorded between August 2008 and January 2010.

Albert Winkler oral history interview with Myron Hatch
Talks about his experiences in World War II, including participation in liberation of a concentration camp at Dachau, Germany. Interviewed by Albert Winkler.
