Handwritten notes in a notebook. The notes are apparently associated with classes taken at the university. Also included are notes relating to the meetings of the "Young Ladies of the Second Year" at the university.

Newspaper clippings, surveys, articles, reports, brochures, and statements that were collected by the Political Science Department of Brigham Young University. The materials relate to the issues involved in "Proposition Nr. 1" which would repeal the "council-manager" form of government for the city of Provo, Utah.

Typewritten biography of Don Searle with handwritten corrections. Don was a native of Spanish Fork, Utah who attended Brigham Young University from 1935 to 1940. Don served in the Navy during World War II and worked as a broadcast journalist. He was killed in an automobile accident in 1946 before he turned 29 years old. Clark attended Brigham Young University with Searle and relates what student life was like at that institution in the 1930s.

Typescript of an interview taken from the included cassette sound tapes. The interview was conducted by Jennie Groberg in 1964 and 1965. Holbrook talks about his ancestors, and his wife, Alsina Elizabeth Brimhall (1876-1960), whom he met at Brigham Young University and married in 1901. He talks about his education, his children, his occupations, and his missionary experiences with the Maori people of New Zealand.

Two handwritten diaries and pasted in newsclippings. Many diary entries were made in short hand. The newsclippings relate to Hardy's discussions of religion and educational matters and to his attempts to harmonize religion and science. Hardy travelled through Europe in 1875 and was active in Utah educational matters upon his return.

Correspondence of Hinckley with family members and associates and notes on gospel topics as well as letters of condolence received by the family upon Hinckley's death. Also includes a folder of correspondence of Hinckley's descendants, dated 1953-1959.

Correspondence, speeches, reports, and biographies. These materials relate to Hinckley's work at Brigham Young University as a faculty member and on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, as superintendent of the Utah State Industrial School, and as secretary of the Provo Chamber of Commerce. The biographies are eulogies given by Hinckley's friends and associates.

Speeches, correspondence, newspaper clippings, articles, and miscellaneous items. The materials relate to Jenkins' work in the Provo Chamber of Commerce and his association with athletics at Brigham Young University.

Photocopy of a typed biography of Jesse Holyoak LeFevre concerning his experiences on the first football team at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Oral history interview with Vasco M. Tanner, conducted by Millard L. Meanea on August 12, 1975 for the Joint Oral History Program of the Brigham Young University Alumni Association Emeritus Club. Tanner discusses his education, research, and career as a professor of zoology at Brigham Young University.
