Grant Rowe Morgan (1898-1976) was a Utah business owner.

Grant Rowe Morgan, known as Billy as a child, was the son of John E. Morgan and Elenor Rowe Morgan. He was born 2 September 1898 in Spanish Fork, Utah. At the age of six he lost all of his hearing from a case of spinal meningitis and was deaf for the remainder of his life. In 1904 he entered the Utah School for the Deaf and Blind in Ogden, Utah, where he stayed until his graduation from high school in 1920. In 1921 he was enrolled at The Agricultural College of Utah.

Sometime after graduating high school, Morgan married Katie Jones, with whom he had attended school, and began learning the trade of shoe repair through the State Vocational Rehabilitation Division. After his training, he worked for shoe shops in Provo, Utah, Flagstaff, Arizona, and Los Angeles, California before returning to Spanish Fork where he opened his own shop. His wife, Katie, also helped run the business. In 1944, Morgan moved his business to Salt Lake City, Utah.

Morgan was a member of the Salt Lake City Division of the National Fraternal Society of the Deaf. He died in 1976 in Utah.
