General Note

The William Smith life history and journal is a Wells, Fargo & Co. ledger book that includes newspaper clippings, accounting information, Smith's life history and journal entries. The journal contains memories of conversion, immigration, life in the West, and information about Smith's family. The accounting information was created between February and September 1869. The life history and journal were created from approximately 1894 to 1911. Dated 1869-1911.
