Caption on item: "Assembly of fibre boxes is performed swiftly in this line at the Pittsburg, Calif., Plant of Columbia Steel Company, a United States Steel subsidiary. In the foreground, Felix J. Urbina is shown assembling the fibre boxes and pushing them on to A. C. Bulido who operates a machine that staple the boxes. The fibre boxes used for packaging nails, consist of seven parts. The reinforcing ends are alike in construction, each being made from an outside sleeve, tray and pad."
