David W. Seegmiller diary, January 1947-September 1948, including photographs and performance programs. This diary describes several important events in David's life. During this time of his life he lived in New York City where he received vocal training and performed in many concerts and operas as a tenor soloist. He describes the activities he was involved in with the M.I.A program of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He also mentions his desk jobs at Duff and Company that helps pay his bills. He also mentions his first meeting with his wife during the summer of 1948, when she moved to New York to pursue an education in merchandising.
