David W. Seegmiller diary, January 1936–December 1939, including photographs and performance programs. This diary profiles David's graduation from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors. He majored in Music Education with a minor in Accounting and a high school teaching certificate. He was selected to sing a solo at the commencement ceremonies. It also tells of his first professional singing job at KSL and his first two years as a teacher of the 5th grade at the Sherman School. He also began spending summers in New York City to attend summer school at Columbia University.
