File contains documents concerning cub scout proficiency badges for cub scouts. File also contains numerous letters concerning the creation of new grades and badges for cub scouts. Several letters discuss the possibility of establishing a King's Cub badge. It is decided that such a ranking would be unnecessary. Dated 1916-1924.
