Contains a fairly negative report by Lord Baden-Powell on a scout rally held in Lincolnshire. Includes documents detailing the program and organization of a rally. Also contains a epistolary request and affirmative answer for some veterans of the Second Boer War to meet up with Lord Baden-Powell. The Chief Scout's impressions of a later rally are also included. Dated 1918-1936.
