File contains letters regarding an appeal for 200,000 pounds to be raised for the scout fund made by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. The monies raised were intended to support boy scouts who were unable to support themselves in their scouting capacaties privately. File also contains documents regarding donations to said fund.
