Scope and Contents

Civil badge with a third rank symbol of a peacock, gold satin background. Peacock stands on a rock amid waves. Surrounded by various symbols, clouds, and bat motifs. Square is edged in short segments of a key fret border on four sides. All motifs are in satin stitch.
