Civil badge with the second rank symbol of a phoenix. Set against a dark blue ground, phoenix surrounded by waves, endless knots, clouds, peaches, and floral motifs, all done in a gold foil covered silk thread. The square is surrounded by a simple couched gold foil covered silk thread border.
