Autograph letter signed, from E.M. Cope to Elisha, relieved to hear that Harriet (Elisha’s daughter) was beginning to improve, feels that one religion is as good as another, “That seems to be the one thing one learns as one gets older—to be tolerant” and that is why her son is to be brought up a Quaker, 1 p., folded, written on 4 sides, 15 June 1898.
