Apparently, from the content of the letter, Sigmund and Mr. Dilsheimer, Yetta's father, were involved in some deal where he owed Sigmund money. Dated May 24, 1884. Jesse, Clara and Sanford are in San Francisco at this time seeing doctors for Sanford's turned in feet and Jesse's crossed eye. He calls Clara his "dear sister." Unfortunately the letter is unsigned.
