Biographical History

Joseph Eckersley (1866-1960) was a prominent leader in Wayne County, Utah, state legislator, lawyer, educator, legal advisor in the Presiding Bishopric's Office of the Mormon Church, and Mormon patriarch in the Salt Lake Stake.
