Thin, glossy green cardboard makes up the back cover, front cover is not attached and consists only of a sheet of paper. Labeled "Book 8" in black ink on the front cover. Pages made of off-white paper, very lightly lined in blue. Entries made in black ink. Pagination has been added in the upper outside corners, in pencil, by a later hand. 84 numbered pages including front cover. Page 2 is blank.
