Contains notes on the proceedings of meetings for the Cache Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located in Logan Utah. The notes range from December 12, 1884 to May 7, 1885, and include information about musical numbers, speakers, and those who offered prayers. Most likely chiefly written by Charles Ora Card, who at the time, was a member of the Cache Stake presidency.
