Includes a letter from Lord Baden-Powell where he writes about his hopes for the movement in Yugoslavia and speaks of a bike tour he made years ago in the country. Also includes a letter from Dr. Popovitch of Yugoslavia reporting the formatin of Cub and Rover branches and describing difficulties in the country. Contains a letter welcoming the Yugoslavia into the scout brotherhood. Dated 1923-1925.
