Contains letters and a report concerning the official visit of a trained scouter, Mr. Gaddam, to Albania to help the government attempt to successfully begin a scouting movement amidst the politically tumultuous landscape of Albania. Also includes letters from Lady Caravan who comments on the success of the visit by Mr. Gaddam. Some information regarding Albanian education is also presented. Dated 1927.
