Paul C. Richards (born 1935) was a public relations professional and writer in Utah. He was the Director of Public Communications at Brigham Young University from around 1975 to 1992.

Paul Chipman Richards was born in 1935. He served as Director of Public Communications at Brigham Young University from around 1975 to 1992. He was a free-lance writer and published the book, "The President of the United States of America."
