Biography
Jacque Clamorgan ( -1814) was an explorer and trader, was an entrepreneur from Guadeloupe in the French West Indies, and granted a large tract of land in the province of Upper Louisiana by the Spanish crown.

Handwritten and signed agreement in French, dated 16 April 1814, and registered in St. Louis, Missouri. Clamorgan agrees to transfer property to William Vasquez and Francois Braconia. The item is attested by Joseph Sornot and Stephen Hempstead.
