Biographical History

Bruce Arnie Barrett Jr. was born October 21, 1929, to Bruce Arnie Barrett Sr. and Josie Myrtle Ross in Salt Lake City, Utah. He served in the Army Air Corps in the Occupational Army stationed in Japan as a photographer (1946-1949). He married Eunice Mortensen August 3, 1950. They had six children. He retired from Brigham Young University in 1995 as the Director of Auxiliary Services. Bruce died September 4, 2010, in Orem, Utah.

Barrett, and correspondence, newspaper clippings, a camera, and other artifacts collected by Barrett during his service as a photographer in the Army Air Corps in the Occupational Army stationed in Japan. Wyview Park removal
