Biography
Sonia Johnson (born 1936) is a feminist, activist, and writer.
Sonia Johnson was born in 1936 in Malad City, Idaho and grew up in Cache Valley, Utah. She married Richard Johnson in 1960. Sonia graduated from Utah State University and with an M.A. and received a PhD from Rutgers University. In 1977, she organized the Mormons for the ERA movement.
