Biography

Mark F. Harris (born 1931) is an educator and author in California.

Mark F. Harris was born in 1931. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in New Zealand from 1954 to 1956. His father, Edward Daniel Harris, also served a mission in New Zealand. Mark taught high school biology and photography in California for thirty years. After retiring in 1995, he and his wife, Luree, taught English in China and served a mission in Serbia. Mark published "A Distant Place" and "The Missionary Journals of Edward Daniel Harris," in 2006. As of 2006, Mark was a resident of Cameron Park, California.
