Horrace Wayne Smith (b. 1947) is a former football coach in Nevada.

Horrace Wayne Smith was born in Texas to parents Billie Herron Smith and Buna Bell Brummett on March 8, 1947. He was a former football tight end for BYU. He eventually went on to coach football in Nevada and was inducted into the Clark County High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame in 2000.
