Pearl Elizabeth Smith Kimball (1890-1957) was a homemaker who lived in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Pearl Elizabeth Smith Kimball was born on April 29, 1890, to Albert Smith, and his second wife, Emma Jane Bulter, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Heber Chase Kimball on April 29, 1909 in the Salt Lake City temple. She was a charter member and the first captain of the Vilate Kimball Camp, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, and was also active in the Murray B. Allen Center for the Blind. She died on November 28, 1957, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Scope and Contents

Materials include personal histories of Heber Chase Kimball and his wife, Pearl Smith Kimball. These include letters written from both Heber and Pearl, photographs of their families and home, copies of scrapbooks, blessings, biographies written about their lives, and ephemera from various life events. Materials were created by Heber, Pearl, and their descendants. Also contains typescripts of letters produced by the Heber C. Kimball Foundation. Dated approximately 1865 to 2001.
