Biographical History

George S. Haslam (1907-1983) was an academic administrator in Utah.

George Smith Haslam was born July 20, 1907 to George J. Haslam and Orilla Smith Haslam in Wellsville, Utah. He married Thelma McClellan May 21, 1929. He served as chairman of The Ogden Adult Education Center from 1959-1966. He wrote Authorization for Adult Education and Extension Services by the Policy Making Groups of BYU in 1963. Haslam died November 4, 1983.
