Henry Noble Wells (1830-1920) was a wool manufacturer and coal merchant in Massachusetts.

Henry Noble Wells was born on April 22, 1830 to Rufus and Sylvia Blackinton Wells in Massachusetts. He married Maria Elizabeth Blackinton on August 1, 1851 in Adams, Massachusetts. They later had four children: Ada Maria, Eugene Henry, Virgil, and John. In 1860 he worked as a wool manufactuerer and in 1880 as a coal merchant. By 1887 he was a clerk at Troy and Greenfield R.R. in North Adams, Massachusetts, and by 1910 he moved to Queens, New York, as a widower.

Wells passed away on January 20, 1920.
