Leo N. Perry (1920-2008) was a journalist and author.

Leo Neldon Perry was born May 6, 1920 in Rupert, Idaho, to George and Beulah Perry. Leo attended high school in Venice, California and graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in journalism. Leo married Melba Colbin on May 10, 1944 in California. He worked for the Deseret News Publishing Company as a writer, photographer and manager of the Utah County Bureau. Leo also served in the United States Army during World War II France, Germany and Austria in the European theater. He was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving a mission with Melba in 1989 in Virginia and a second mission in 1990 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Leo passed away in 2008.
