Biographical History

The Peacock family lived in Emery County, Utah and was headed by Gomer Peacock and his wife, Mable Brown.

The Peacock family includes Gomer Parry Peacock (1942-1975) and his wife, Mable Brown Peacock (1887-1977), who married on May 8, 1912 and were residents of Emery County, Utah. Gomer was a business man who was active in social, civic, and community goings-on of his area and time; Mable wrote poetry, and researched genealogy and collected biographies for both of their families' ancestors. Gomer and Mable's children, Louise, Vivian, and Parry have maintained their parents' great traditions, passing them on to their own children.
