Scope and Contents Handwritten letter dated 1938 in which Adams states that she heard Martin Harris testify to the authenticity of the Book of Mormon in a speech given at the General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1870. Also included is a letter by Henry A. Orme in which he outlines the life of Charlotte Adams, his grandmother.

Scope and Contents Materials include a photocopied letter from William Ajax (Centre, Utah) to William Lewis (Aberdare, Wales), dated March 18, 1893. Ajax writes about Wales, Utah, and the building of the Salt Lake City temple. He says that the fine quality masonry has been built by Welshmen. He also talks about his education, current interests, describes his emmigration from Wales to Utah, and discusses his opinions about Mormonism and religion. Dated March 18, 1893.
