Contains two two-page typed copies of William Gates' resolution of protest to be sent to the International Congress of Americanists. The letter protests the Congress' abrupt declining to hold a future congress at Philadelphia. Contains also a list of official delegates to the Twentieth International Congress of Americanists to be held in Brazil in 1922. Contains also a blank registration form for the Congress.
