The collection includes a collection of 30 glass photo slides, comprised of 18 of Fleming's originals depicting his experiments to prove penicillin's value in 1928-9, 11 scenes Bryner took while on a family trip with the Flemmings in 1954, and one memento from Louis Pasteur's funeral.

The album has a yellow embossed celluloid front cover and a purple and black patterned velvet back cover. Dated approximately 1880-1939.
