The book of gold
Contains the music and lyrics for the 2-act opera "The Book of Gold," written for the 2005 celebration of Joseph Smith Jr.'s birth. The opera lyrics were written by Glen Nelson, and the music was written by Murray Boren. It was performed at Brigham Young University, and tells part of the story of Joseph Smith.
Edwin Charles Cox papers
Handwritten notes, musical scores, an obituary, and excerpts from an autobiography. Cox writes mostly about his life in England during the 1830s and 1840s. His writings include a "Dialogue between Joseph Smith and the Devil."

David R. Roberts scripts
Script of pageant calls for a narrator and four characters: Father Adam, Moses, Daniel, and Joseph Smith, each of whom gives a brief synopsis of his life. Each of these prophets tells his own story as found in Mormon scriptures. Roberts wrote this pageant for his Mormon High Priest's Quorum in refutation of the Darwinian theory of evolution.
